Delivery Policy for Bharat Amruth Ecommerce (a brand of AAKARSHA ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED)
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable at the time of order, we will notify you and process a full refund using the original payment method.
There may be instances of multiple shipments for a single order, including but not limited to:
Delayed stock arrival after the initial dispatch.
Return or exchange of items leading to re-sending of products.
Missing items from the original shipment being fulfilled later.
Orders requiring goods with different storage or delivery conditions.
Altered orders after checkout, including changes due to stock unavailability, returns, or exchanges, may reflect as multiple postings on the cardholder’s statement.
2. Delivery Location
We currently deliver to selected cities: Bangalore, Chennai, Navi Mumbai, Cochin, Hyderabad, and Pondicherry. Specific areas are listed in the “Store Address” dropdown menu.
Same-Day Delivery: Available within 2-4 hours for addresses up to 10 km from our nearest outlet, for orders placed between 10 AM and 4 PM, subject to product availability in-store.
Standard Delivery: Shipments outside these areas or requiring warehouse coordination will take 3-5 working days within India.
Note: Delivery estimates begin from the shipping date and are subject to order approval. If items are unavailable in-store, they will be shipped from the warehouse.
3. Delivery Time
We aim to fulfil orders within the estimated delivery times provided:
Same-Day Delivery: 2-4 hours (up to 10 km radius).
Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days.
Delivery times may vary due to order volumes, specific product requirements, or unforeseen circumstances. Some orders may arrive in separate shipments.

Standard Shipping (6-10 days):
Orders per packet: ₹90
Regional Charges: Shipping fees vary for the East Region based on location. Delivery charges for orders outside Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Cochin, Thiruvananthapuram, Hyderabad, and Pondicherry are weight-dependent.

If the product packaging is damaged upon delivery, contact Customer Care within 24 hours, providing pictures of the damage.
