1. Refund Process
Bharat Amruth offers a customer-friendly refund process. Refunds are processed promptly for valid returns and complaints as outlined in our policy.
2. Poor Quality or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or of poor quality, you can:
Return the product in the same condition as received with the original box/packaging intact.
Inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund (including shipping fees) will be processed if the product is confirmed as defective or damaged.
3. Incorrect Items
In the rare event you receive the wrong product:
Return the item in the original condition and packaging.
After we receive the item, we will ship the correct product.
If the correct product is unavailable, we will process a refund.
4. Missing Items
If a part of your order is missing:
Notify us on the same day of delivery.
Provide a photo and video of the delivery package.
Once verified, the missing item will be sent to you promptly.
5. Undelivered Items (Returned to Warehouse)
If the delivery attempt fails due to unavailability or unanswered calls, and the package is returned to our warehouse:
Our Quality Control (QC) team will inspect the item.
If the item is damaged:
Delivery charges will be deducted entirely.
80% of the product value will be deducted for product damage.
Refunds will be processed for the balance amount.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order by emailing us at info@bharatamruth.com.
Cancellations beyond the 1-hour window will incur charges as per our policy.
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-15 Indian bank working days.
